Triggers for a Money Breakthrough

If your current perception is “money has power over me”…can you imagine what it would be like to turn that around?

Here are some signs that you have enormous power to reclaim – in the form of a Money Breakthrough:

  • Do you worry that you will never have enough money?
  • Do you overspend and then feel ashamed?
  • Do you compare yourself to people with money and feel “less than”?
  • Do you lose energy and focus when you think about your debt?
  • Are you underpaid?
  • Do you have fights with your partner around money?
  • Do you have insufficient savings and insurance?
  • Do you feel guilty about having money?
  • Are you more comfortable giving money to others than requesting it from clients and people who owe you money?
  • Do you find yourself having the same financial challenges over and over again?
  • Do you think that having more money will solve most of your problems?

If you answered “yes” to any of the above statements today I guarantee that you will find yourself in a similar situation around money one year from now – unless you take decisive action to turn your experience around.

Powerful Money Breakthrough Quotes

“If a person gets his attitude towards money straight, it will help straighten out almost every other area of his life.” — Billy Graham

“Money is an inanimate object [but] we can assign to it a spiritual meaning and voice and power if we choose to, and give it some soul. Money doesn’t have any soul, but we do, and we’re the people through whom money flows and with which money speaks . . . And when our spirit is unleashed, what’s unleashed is the prosperity of the soul, of the heart. . . and in that truth, the whole world belongs to you.” Lynne Twist, co-founder of The Hunger Project

“Of all the creature of earth, only human beings can change their patterns. Man alone is the architect of his destiny …Human beings, by changing the inner attitudes of their minds, can change the outer aspects of their lives.”
– William James

“As a child, when you learned the word ‘money’ you not only learned how to make the sound of it with your mouth, or how to use it in a sentence. You also learned how the word felt from those who were using the word. You learned not only the vibration of the sound of the word, but you learned the vibration of the feeling of the word. And now, every time you offer the word, or the thought of the word — you offer the feeling of the word as you have learned it.” — Abraham

“Until a person can say deeply and honestly, ‘I am what I am today because of the choices I made yesterday,’ that person cannot say, ‘I choose otherwise.’” — Stephen Covey

“Every behavior around money,no matter how illogical, makes perfect sense when we understand the underlying beliefs about money.” Ted Klontz

“Remember, we all stumble, every one of us. That’s why it’s a comfort to go hand in hand.” — Emily Kimbrough

“God intends for us to live in prosperity: to enjoy rewarding relationships and fulfilling careers. God never intended that we drudge through the day and come home to collapse on the sofa, too tired to appreciate those around us. As co-creators, however, we have to make a decision for prosperity.  If we don’t decide to prosper, we unconsciously choose limitation and scarcity. All the abundance in the world is available to us, once we open ourselves to God.” — Mary Manin Morrissey

“As human beings, our greatness lies not so much in being able to remake the world… as in being able to remake ourselves.” — Mahatma Gandhi

“Do not value money for any more nor any less than its worth; it is a good servant but a bad master.” Alexandre Dumas

“I no longer view the world in terms of unfortunate accidents or misfortunes.  I know in my being that I influence it all, and now find myself considering why I created a situation, rather than saying, “why me?” This heightened awareness directs me to look inside of myself for answers.  I take responsibility for all of it, and the interesting puzzle becomes a fascinating challenge when I decide to influence areas of my life in which I previously believed I was not in control.  I now feel that I control it all.” — Wayne Dyer

“Money is the visible sign of a universal force, and this force in its manifestation on earth works on the vital and physical planes and is indispensable to the fullness of the outer life. In its origin and its true action it belongs to the Divine.” ~ Sri Aurobindo

“You are now at a crossroads. This is your opportunity to make the most important decision you will ever make. Forget your past. Who are you now? Who have you decided you really are now? Don’t think about who you have been. Who are you now? Who have you decided to become? Make this decision consciously. Make it carefully. Make it powerfully.” — Anthony Robbins

“If, now, there is something you choose to experience in your life, do not ‘want’ it — choose it. Do you choose success in worldly terms? Do you choose more money? Good. Then choose it. Really. Fully. Not half-heartedly.” — Neale Donald Walsch, Conversations with God, Book 1

“What this power is I cannot say; all I know is that it exists and it becomes available only when a man is in that state of mind in which he knows exactly what he wants and is fully determined not to quit until he finds it.” Alexander Graham Bell

“The significant problems we face cannot be solved by the same level of thinking that created them.” — Albert Einstein

“There are no mistakes. The events we bring upon ourselves, no matter how unpleasant, are necessary in order to learn; whatever steps we take, they’re necessary to reach the places we’ve chosen to go.” — Richard Bach

“When you come to the edge of all the light you know, and are about to step off into the darkness of the unknown, faith is knowing one of two things will happen: there will be something solid to stand on, or you will be taught how to fly.” – Barbara J. Winter

A confession…and a breakthrough

I have a confession to make.

Typically when someone “confesses” something they feel embarrassed or chagrined, but I’ve already moved through those states.

Now I feel excited and empowered to make this confession – because once we see and take responsibility for where we’ve erred we find ourselves perfectly primed for a breakthrough.

You see, I have not been 100% walking my talk.

Yes, I do practice the elements of the “Prosperity from the Inside Out” system. I utilize various tools to stay focused on my desires and others to clear up energetic imbalances as they occur. In fact, I use almost every one of the tools that I teach in the Prosperity Partnership program on a monthly, weekly (or often daily) basis.

But…there is one tool that I haven’t made full use of.

(And this is where you are going to have a great big laugh.)

I must confess: I am only on Day 18 of the Prosperity Game.

Now, that might not seem to be a big confession, but hear me out:

What I really want to admit here is that, for the past few years, (despite what I know about the Universe being unlimited and abundant) I have been playing really, really small.

In fact, truth be told, my business had been on autopilot for quite a while.

In many ways this worked out very well for me. I was able to bring in a six-figure income by simply following an effective system that worked like clock-work.

Every month I would send two or three e-zines and from those e-zines I would enroll new trial members in the monthly
Prosperity Partnership trial Program. Because my energy was so clear and focused, even after doing this for nine years I was still having people register for the trial each month and an impressive percentage of those people would commit to the full-year program at the completion of the trial.

Over the course of a year we typically had 250 members of the PPP. (At this point there are 225 members because I had closed the trial for the months of July and August.)

And, in addition to the PPP, I met with individual coaching clients.  As most clients received great benefit and stayed in coaching relationship long-term (one CEO client remained with me for eight years) it was enough to mention coaching openings two or three times a year in the e-zine and I kept a full practice averaging 15 clients at $400/month.

If you do the math (noting that many of the PPP members paid a lower fee to renew their subscriptions after the end of their first year) you’ll see that I was able to maintain a very comfortable 6-figure practice without much effort at all. With my virtual assistant, Myra, handling all of the details, I simply repeated the pattern, year-after-year, in order to create my version of my ideal life. (I even repeated the identical experiment protocol for fours years in a row – talk about effortless!)

Early on, as a single parent of two small children, this really was the ideal form for my business.

And, when I was dating John – who loved to travel – and I was able to keep my business flourishing while spending weeks at time share resorts all over the world (he still owns six time share weeks) the freedom was fabulous.

When Greg and I were dating (and trying to determine whether moving my sons to New Jersey was the right next step for me) and once we decided that it was (and I had to rent out my house, move the family across state lines and plan a wedding) this flexibility was invaluable.

However, in the beginning of this year, once I realized that I had achieved everything on my vision board, it became very clear that it was time for me to step it up.

And this is when I saw – very clearly – that I had reached my own “money set-point” and that I would have to work very consciously to break through the energy leaks, blocks and sabotaging behavior patterns that were keeping me in my limited “comfort zone.”

I am delighted to report that I have indeed created powerful personal breakthroughs this year in the money arena – so much so that I brought in over 100K by early June, was able to take July and August off to honeymoon in Alaska, and I then brought in more than 100K in the month of September alone.

I really feel that sharing the system that I was given to create my “money breakthrough” is the next stage of my “Prosperity from the Inside Out” work. After all, even though I’ve been defining prosperity in my classes as: “Prosperity – from the root word ‘to prosper’ – meaning to thrive in every area of one’s life” – the majority of people who come to work with me (actually, the vast majority of people on the planet) are frustrated by constriction in the financial domain of prosperity most of all.

If you think that you would benefit from a behind-the-scenes view of exactly what I did to “breakthrough” my money set-point, join me for a complimentary “world-premiere” teleconference next week.

For those of you who have been fans of the “inside out” approach and who have been waiting for new material from me – I’m happy to (finally) oblige. For those of you who have never taken a class with me, this will be an opportunity for you to see how my approach differs from everyone else who claims to teach about the law of attraction. The “inside out” journey is about breakthroughs, transformation and a true liberation from everything that you previously believed had power over you.

Whew! I’m glad that I got this off my chest…and I am excited to see what unfolds when a group of us embark on this “money breakthrough” journey together.

Sent off to you accompanied by an abundance of love and light,
