Love/Hate Response to Last Week’s Breakthrough Class
Loved it or hated it? If you caught last week’s “Money Breakthrough” class, which side were you on?
(If you missed last week’s class, the transcript and mp3 of this “controversial” event can be found here. )
While I received dozens of responses to the session, the paradoxical nature of these responses was startling (to say the least.)
Clearly people came to the call with different levels of experience and different expectations.
“Money breakthrough” was definitely a charged topic but the responses were so extreme…
So what really happened in that 60-minute call that led some people to write: “loved your presentation”, “really benefited”, found it “amazing”, “very informative” and “gained heaps from all you shared” and others to send me some form of hate mail?
I have my theories which, although they defy logic, are totally in alignment with the way that the law of attraction and “breakthroughs” play out in the real world.
Simply put, since the divisiveness of the feedback reflects exactly what I had been covering in class, we’re going to use the real life correspondence provided by participants to demonstrate the key messages of the call.
This will be a stimulating, real-time exposition that you won’t want to miss.
As a hint about what I’ll be focusing upon in this special “Part II” teleclass, I’ll share a bit of research from the field of
psychology that reinforces one of the key points of the call:
“You can’t solve a problem using the same mindset that created it”
- for if you think that money is a problem and that it has power over you, you will continue to see evidence of that conclusion every where that you turn.
The Luck Factor
This 2003 experiment on luck conducted by Richard Wiseman (from the book, “The Luck Factor”) provided evidence for the claim that our self-perceptions become self-fulfilling prophesies.
Wiseman conducted the following experiment by dividing a group of people who had described themselves as “lucky” from a group of people who described themselves as “unlucky.”
The task? To read through a newspaper and count how many photos were in it.
Simple enough, right?
The findings: people who claimed to be lucky took seconds to accomplish the task, while members of the unlucky group took an average of two minutes.
Why the discrepancy?
On the second page of the newspaper there was a very large message that said, “Stop counting. There are 43 photos in this newspaper.” It was clear and obvious – but the unlucky people tended to miss it, while the lucky people were far more likely to see it.
There was even a bonus message that read, “Stop counting and tell the experimenter you have seen this and win $250.” Our lucky and unlucky folks, once again, had the experience that they expected to have.
Could this be what happened in response to last week’s class? Were the people who needed a “money breakthrough” the most the ones who were most likely to miss the very value that was being presented to them?
Come to your own conclusion…
I invite you to decide for yourself by registering for this week’s second (and final) f’ree class on the topic of “Money Breakthroughs.”

Looking forward to seeing you there.
Prosperously yours,
Elyse Hope Killoran
PS – Pay particular attention to the 1st point on last week’s handout as it is truly the key to everything.

I really enjoyed last weeks class, and stayed up until 1am (UK) to listen in. Whilst on one hand I’ve “heard it all before”, I finally acknowledged to myself that I haven’t been consistently doing it. I tuned in after making a committment to myself to CLEAR UP my financial blocks and move forwards. Just under a week since, I have attracted more money & clients into my life, AND, a family member has had a windfall and is gifting me with enough money to be able to clear half of my debts (more than I’d committed to paying off by the end of this year). It’s a great start, and I know that by consistently putting into practice these techniques, I will move forwards and open into greater abundance (on all levels) every day! Debs, UK x

I really enjoyed the call, and I have to say that I have been working with Elyse recently on her Platinum program, and I have really been clearing my fears around money. As i do that i have noticed that money is flowing to me in so many different ways and also in different amounts. The more i feel like more can come, it does. I show lots of gratitude, and trust. Releasing the fear and knowing you deserve it, has really shifted something for me…. You have to trust the process and work hard at clearing and the rest is just magic! Zakee* UK

Hi Elyse,
Just to let you know I listened to & thoroughly enjoyed 90% of the call, only stopping in time for me to teach my meditation class (It’s morning in Australia!). I gained heaps from all you shared, especially your explanation of money set points ~ that opened the window for much EFT tapping! This time I really heard it!
Something you shared in the call confirmed I was tuned inward when I contacted you during your break to ask for more private coaching. Seems the required learning is being delivered by you, a few months later & in a different format. LoA again!
